Program Details

UNFOLD is a 10-week live group program beginning 7th May and running through 16th July 2026. Sessions are held live on Zoom every Thursday at 12pm Lisbon time, except the first session on May 7th which will be at 12:30pm. There will be one break week: no session on 9th July.

By enrolling, you confirm your commitment to participate in the full program and agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment & Enrollment

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment via Stripe. Your spot is secured once payment is received and confirmed.

UNFOLD is limited to 8 participants. Once the cohort is full, enrollment closes and a waitlist opens for future rounds.

All prices are in EUR. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or international transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if requested in writing to hello@carolinapalmeiro.com within 48 hours of enrollment. After 48 hours from enrollment, no refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes partial refunds for missed sessions, early withdrawal, or dissatisfaction with the program.

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances after the 48-hour window, you will retain access to all session recordings and materials, but no refund will be provided. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Attendance & Recordings

Live attendance is strongly encouraged, as the transformation starts within the group container.

If you miss a session, the Zoom recording will be available in the program workspace within 24 hours.

Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or posted publicly in any form.

Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device problems, etc.) do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling. You are responsible for ensuring you can access Zoom and the program workspace.

Program Access

You will receive access to the program workspace on May 1st 2026.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing the workspace or materials, contact me at hello@carolinapalmeiro.com and I will assist you.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, including workbooks, recordings, session content, exercises, and any written or spoken material shared by me during UNFOLD, are the intellectual property of Carolina Palmeiro and are protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or publish any materials outside of your personal use for this program. This includes posting recordings or content on social media, websites, or sharing with others outside the cohort.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.

Confidentiality & Group Agreements

What is shared in the group stays in the group. All participants are expected to honor confidentiality and create a safe, respectful container for one another.

You may not record sessions on your own device, share other participants' stories or personal information, or identify other participants publicly without their explicit consent.

Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

This program involves deep self-inquiry and may bring up emotional material. While I hold space with care and intention, UNFOLD is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health care.

I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. The guidance provided is educational and exploratory in nature, rooted in astrological frameworks and self-inquiry practices.

If you have a history of trauma, mental health challenges, are currently in crisis, or are under the care of a mental health professional, please consult with them before enrolling or during the program as needed.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own well-being. You agree not to hold me liable for any emotional distress, mental health challenges, or personal outcomes resulting from your participation in UNFOLD.

If at any point you feel the program is not supportive of your well-being, you are encouraged to reach out to me or withdraw from the program. Withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund after the program has begun.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to show up with respect, openness, honesty, and care for themselves and the group.

Disruptive, disrespectful, harmful, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to: harassment, discrimination, aggressive communication, repeated violation of group agreements, or any behavior that compromises the safety of the container.

I reserve the right to remove anyone from the program whose behavior is harmful to the group dynamic or to other participants. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure & Program Adjustments

I reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the program schedule, structure, session timing, or materials if needed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

If I am temporarily unable to deliver a session due to illness, technical failure, family emergency, or other unforeseen events, I will reschedule the session. No refunds will be issued for temporary disruptions or rescheduled sessions.

If I must cancel the entire program before it begins due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances beyond my control, you will receive a full refund. Once the program has started, cancellations do not result in refunds.

Communication & Email Consent

By enrolling, you agree to receive program-related emails from me, including session reminders, material delivery, Zoom links, program updates, and any essential communications required for program delivery.

These emails will be sent to the address you provide at enrollment. You are responsible for ensuring this email address is current and that you check it regularly. I am not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or failure to check your email.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but program-essential communications will continue through the duration of UNFOLD.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information (name, email, payment details) will be used solely for program delivery and communication related to UNFOLD.

I will not share your information with third parties except as required for payment processing (Stripe), program delivery (Zoom, Notion), or as required by law.

In accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@carolinapalmeiro.com.

Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored by me. For details on how Stripe handles your data, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

While I am deeply committed to guiding you through this process with care and integrity, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations. Your experience will reflect your willingness to engage with the work, and your growth is ultimately your own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in UNFOLD, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, missed opportunities, or dissatisfaction with the program.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and agree to release me from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your participation.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from this agreement or your participation in UNFOLD will be resolved under Portuguese jurisdiction.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting me at hello@carolinapalmeiro.com. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal channels in Portugal.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Carolina Palmeiro regarding your participation in UNFOLD. Any prior conversations, emails, or agreements are superseded by this document.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. If changes are made, enrolled participants will be notified via email. Continued participation in the program after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
